Welcome to our very first blog post! We're so happy you're with us!
We're kicking off with a month-long focus on Daily Practice or as Ayurveda calls it, Dinacharya.
Now there's a tonne of places that you can read about this, but what makes us different is that we're sharing our personal experiences. We'd really love you all to join in, experiment with us and see what works for you. Try all or just some of what we're testing out and then you can start to build up a routine that get's you ready for the day ahead and/or soothes you into a peaceful night-time routine and deep sleep.
We'll be reading up on Ayurveda (traditional Indian wisdom), Traditional Chinese Medicine (self-explanatory!), Western Medicine and mixing it in with a bit of experimentation and common sense.
So come along for the journey and let's see what we can discover!
